On January 17th His Eminence Archbishop Irénée ordained Pavel Slavinskyi to the subdiaconate and Deacon Alexander Treiger to the priesthood during the Divine Liturgy at St. Vladimir’s, Halifax, Nova Scotia.

A few days later, on January 20th, His Eminence Archbishop Irénée tonsured Igumen Roman (Bonnel) as Schema monk Luke during Divine Liturgy at the Holy Annunciation Hermitage, Nova Scotia.

Konstantin Kosachev, président du Comité des affaires internationales de la Chambre haute de la Douma russe (Parlement), et l'ambassadeur de la Fédération russe au Canada, Alexander Darchiev, ont rendu visite au monastère de Tous-les-Saints-d'Amérique-du-Nord de Dewdney en Colombie-Britannique.

Ils ont déposé des fleurs au pied du monument commémoratif dédié aux héros de la Seconde Guerre mondiale de l'ex-URSS.

Konstantin Kosachev, Chairman of the Upper Chamber of the Russian State Duma (Parliament) International Affairs Committee, and Ambassador of Russian Federation to Canada, Alexander Darchiev paid visit to All Saints of North America Monastery, Dewdney, BC.

They laid flowers at the memorial dedicated to the heroes of World War II from the former USSR.
