As delegates were occupied with plenary sessions, forums, and other aspects of the 19th All-American Council [AAC] of the Orthodox Church in America, well over 100 children and teens enjoyed a week of “faith and fellowship” during the AAC’s youth program.

Hierarchs, clergy and faithful from across the US, Canada and Mexico began arriving in Saint Louis over the weekend of July 21-22, 2018 for the 19th All-American Council [AAC] of the Orthodox Church in America. They joined hundreds of participants in the Fellowship of Orthodox Christians of America’s 92nd annual National Convention, which opened July 20.

A second volume of adaptations from Gregorian chant has been made available by the monks of Holy Transfiguration Hermitage in Lone Butte, BC.

Matushka Nadezhda (née Apouchtine) Svetlovsky, 97, wife of the late Protodeacon Peter Svetlovsky, fell asleep in the Lord on Saturday, June 30, 2018.

For many years the Svetlovskys, who came to the United States in the early 1950s, served Our Lady of Kazan Church, Sea Cliff, NY.  After Protodeacon Peter’s retirement they relocated to Ottawa, where they attended Annunciation Cathedral.
