Festal Baptism at All Saints, Meadow Lake

This weekend, on the feast of the Meeting of the Lord, we had the joy of receiving into the church by baptism and chrismation our beloved Vidal family. This is the first time that the church of All Saints in Meadow Lake, SK. has received a full family into the church, and it marks the end of a three year long courtship with the Orthodox Church for them. 

It was pure joy to celebrate the illumination of this incredible group of folks alongside the Righteous God-bearer Simeon as he receives into his arms "the light that enlightens the Gentiles and the Glory of God's people, Israel." May God grant them and their sponsors many happy, healthy, blessed years!
