IN THE NAME OF THE HOLY, CONSUBSTANTIAL, LIFE-GIVING AND UNDIVIDED TRINITY: AMEN. This is to certify that, by the Grace, Gift, and Power of the All-Holy, and Life-Creating Spirit, given to us by the great High Priest, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, Himself, through His Holy, and Sacred Apostles, and their Successors; We, Irénée Bishop of Québec City, Administrator of the Archdiocese of Canada, with the blessing of His Beatitude Jonah Archbishop of Washington, Metropolitan of All America and Canada and upon the agreement of His Grace Tikhon Bishop of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania, have, on this 09th day of October, AD 2011, at the Church of St. Tikhon of Zadonsk, in South Canaan, PA, ordained to THE HOLY PRIESTHOOD, the pious Orthodox servant of God, DEACON PHILIP HALLIWELL who had been diligently examined by every careful test, and affirmed with authentic testimony, and especially the written testimony of his Spiritual Father, Igumen Sergius (Bower). Being fully convinced of the candidate's worthiness, We, acting in accordance with the Canons of the Holy Apostles, have given him authority to perform without hindrance, all the Divine Services pertaining to the dignity of this office, in all the parishes of our Archdiocese. He will be attached, by His Beatitude Jonah (PAFFHAUSEN) Archbishop of Washington, Metropolitan of All America and Canada to the Church of St. Tikhon of Zadonsk, in South Canaan, PA as Attached Priest. In order that this knowledge may come to all whom it may concern, We have delivered this certificate into the hands of the Orthodox servant of God, the PRIEST PHILIP HALLIWELL, as witness of Our Hand and Seal: Given at the Archdiocesan Chancery this 18th day of October, in the year of our Lord, 2011,
