This message has been delivered at the Conference of the Exarchate of Parishes of Russian Tradition in Western Europe 2008 (Ecumenical Patriarchate). It carries encouragement, teaching, correction and spiritual meat we could use in the OCA after the past years of scandal and conflict. It also gives a feel for their current situation, powerful direction to a healthy personal relationship with GOD our Father, and a push for activating the royal priesthood of the laity.
Will a "neutral" person (from within the OCA) of such high standing as Wendy Robinson address the All-American Council? Such a message will build bridges, direct for forgiveness, and ease the unease with issues hanging over the Administration and the Holy Synod.
