The Clergy and the faithful of your Archdiocese take this opportunity to greet you on the
21st Anniversary of your consecration to the Episcopate.

On June 13, 1987 at St. Herman's Church in Edmonton you began the task of shepherding this fledging flock. Twenty-one years later, we have seen a lot of changes, to the Glory of God. But the person who has remained the same it you; Vladyka: Loving and caring for the flock you have been given. Even if the pictures show a much older and wiser man, the heart is the same.
