THE CANADIAN JOURNAL OF ORTHODOX CHRISTIANITY FALL, 2009 (on-line)

In this issue are reprinted a number of articles published in various places on this continent relatively recently, which may signal major upheavals in the process of indigenization of Orthodox Christianity in North America. The editors have provided an introduction to the theme of these articles with a challenge to the North American Church to turn away from preoccupation with the prerogatives and agendas of overseas Patriarchates and their vested interests in controlling their progeny on this continent, and to get on with its calling and responsibility of incarnating the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His ministry and mission on this continent.
